Thermofiber 2000VR
THERMOFIBER 2000VR is an upgrade to the popular TF2000 that performs well in difficult high temperature applications. The resin/friction formula has been modified to reduce organic content to provide improved wear rate, temperature resistance and friction stability and wear rate.
THERMOFIBER 2000VR has glass fiber reinforced yarn and is spiral wound with a fine copper core – producing a strong base with good heat transfer property. Additional proprietary yarns increase the mechanical strength and burst resistance by 20%.
THERMOFIBER 2000VR is ideally suited for industrial clutches, agriculture and construction equipment, and torque limitors.
AVAILABLE FORMS Clutch Facings, Flat Sheets, Special Pieces
